How do invitations actually get sent?

You choose the template, upload the guest list and approve it. Our team sends every invitation through WhatsApp, and you follow delivery, reads and RSVPs live on your dashboard.

Is there a subscription?

No. Sign-up is free; you pay per invitation. Volume discounts apply automatically, up to 7.5% at 5,000+ guests. QR check-in is a small per-guest add-on.

What happens at the door?

Every guest gets a signed QR code. The door app checks the signature on the spot and refuses a code already used. Scans made while offline stay on the phone and sync when the connection returns.

Can I cancel an event?

Yes, until it takes place. Cancelling stops the door from accepting any further scan at once. If you already paid, support refunds the card or account it came from — by hand at the gateway, so allow a few working days.

Which languages are supported?

The dashboard and the door scanner work in English and Arabic, and the dashboard is fully right-to-left. Invitations can be written in either language and go out in the one you choose.

How do I add my guests?

The quickest way is to forward contacts: in WhatsApp, share your guests' contacts to our number from your own phone and we add them to your event. You can also paste a list from a spreadsheet or a chat, or import a CSV file. With two families on one event, each family can forward from its own number and its guests go to its own list.

Can I do it all from WhatsApp?

Most of it. In a WhatsApp chat with our number you can create your event, add guests, see the price, send yourself a test invitation, choose when the invitations go out and check the answers. Paying and the final review are on the website, and the chat sends you a private link to open your event there.
