Add guests by forwarding your WhatsApp contacts

A guest list should not mean retyping phone numbers. In WhatsApp, share your guests' contacts to our number and they are on your list in seconds, with no typing and no spreadsheet.

How it works

1. Start your event

   Create your event and save it as a draft. Sign-up is free.

2. Share contacts to our WhatsApp number

   From the phone number you registered with, open a chat with +966 54 774 7034 on WhatsApp, tap the paperclip, choose Contact and pick as many people as you like.

3. We add them and tell you

   We reply with how many guests were added, how many were already on the list and any without a usable phone number. If you have several draft events, we ask which one.

Two families, one event

Give each family its own phone number on the event. Contacts forwarded from a family's number go straight to that family's list, so every invitation says who it is from.

Good to know

• It works while the event is a draft, before it is paid for.
• Numbers already on the list are skipped, so nobody is invited twice.
• You can still paste a list or import a CSV file if you prefer.
